Look, we get it — sometimes things go sideways. Wrong shirt shows up, or it arrives looking like it lost a fight it shouldn't have. That's on us, and we'll fix it.
We've got you covered if:
- We shipped you the wrong item
- Your gear showed up damaged or defective
Just flag it within 30 days of your purchase date — after that, the window closes.
How to make it right:
Shoot us an email at Support@deckchaos.com with your order number and a quick rundown of what went wrong. We'll take it from there.
A couple things to keep in mind: we can't offer refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing mix-ups, or "I just changed my mind" — only for mistakes on our end or damaged goods. And since policies sometimes need a refresh, this one might get updated without a heads-up. When in doubt, email us and we'll point you to the latest version.
